Did you know that how you view your circumstances and challenges is simply a HABIT, and it is rooted in your subconscious BELIEFS.?
The key to changing habits is to root the new habit into your physiology (hence, why, in some of my 1:1 coaching calls, I have you change your physiology...'arms wide open', or 'shifting' or any of the other tools we use.)
- I'm stressed,
- there's not enough time in a day,
- it's going to be hard. it's going to be a struggle,
- I will hurt someone's feelings,
- I feel guilty,
- it's easier for her, she doesn't have kids,
- I can't afford it,
- I will always have to live in denial of my favourite foods,
- life won't be fun anymore,
- I'll always have to watch what I eat,
These are all habits, ways of thinking that are deeply embedded within, and they circle around, because they are your beliefs system and they will always be right, because you are fulfilling them.

....so consider your HABITS you want to change...and go within...if you hear yourself saying 'that's just the way I am'....BAM! Those ones are the most deeply embedded ones, and the ones that need to be challenged.
