It's my way of supporting women all over the world, into real, tangible strategies that work, and that are NOT based in trends, wishful thinking or myths.
I'm all about supporting the 40+ woman with real, research based, experienced based health, weight loss and body transformation information to help women to learn real, do-able strategies, and to move into ageing gracefully, powerfully, and energized!
And so, I am dedicating myself to creating live Facebook video feeds every week to support you in your path towards physique and mindset transformations that stick!
Today's upload: I talk about how moving into retirement is one of the trickiest times for women wanting to improve their health, shift their bodies and lean into their 'pioneer days' with health and wellness front and centre.

But it IS for women who want a straight line to food, exercise and mindset strategies and techniques that I have personally lived, and use with all my clients for over 35 years now.
Call me old school, I don't care. That's where the real knowledge and basics live, and that is where I operate from. And I've been supporting and transforming women's health and transformations for decades now (it takes one to know one....like I always say, I know you because I AM you!)
I've been at this fitness and wellness thing for 35 years now, and I'm now in my 60's, and all that I have learned has come from my studies, but more importantly from the hundreds (or likely thousands) of women by now, that I have helped shift into living their best life, with their best body, and loving the changes that ageing brings (yes, it is NOT a time to resist, rather, if we do it RIGHT, it is a powerful, healthy and amazing way to move through our future
years).
