Strategy is the easy part.
Compliance is the hard part.
Having an accountability strategy into a program is essential, but for some clients, its still not enough.
Why? Because the client has to be willing to be coached, which means
- showing up for calls
- doing their homework pieces,
- they need to to be honest and open
- they need to allow themselves to be vulnerable
- they need to know they will feel uncomfortable and
- they need to know that any success (including weight loss / building health) is never a straight line.
There WILL be wobbles. And if this is defined as a failure, then the client and coach need to reframe that self sabotage and turn around the meaning. NONE of us achieved anything in a straight line. Its not how life works.
If you're not challenged, you wont be changed. Full stop. Because us humans loooovvee to stay in our comfort zone.!
Choosing another diet, another Youtube workout video in hopes of turning around years of bad habits, ingrained and unconscious beliefs in this do-it-yourself approach hasn't worked to date.
Sure you lost some weight and felt great, maybe for awhile but it didn't last.
Why? You chose the same thing again (sure, different diet, same thinking pattern).
You were trying to 'fix' things on your own (again).
You followed your friend's workout that she cut out of a magazine or found on Instagram.
You signed up for a BeachBody or HIIT program at your local gym 3x a week.

And your mentor has walked the walk, every piece of it, from living in shame and guilt for years around body image, to checking out with unhealthy habits that erode health and self esteem, and who has struggled with raising a family, building a career, and managing a busy life for many years (and she would put everyone else's needs ahead of
hers...still does. She is Guilty Mother, People Pleaser, Busy Bee, the Perfectionist perhaps!).
She has lived it, breathed it and moved through it to the other side, into the Light and living her potential and her greatness.
And she sees that in you. She sees the Warrior in YOU!
Because we all have her within.
It just needs a certain person, a certain approach, and a certain level of skill to find her and release her.
She is a Leader.
She is magnificent.
She is a Light Warrior.
We all are. YOU are!
