I know, I'm not supposed to say this, but truthfully, any major change, and anything worth changing for, takes time, consistency and stumbling....
Yes, you WILL stumble! The problem is, with most women trying to lose weight / shift the tide of ageing / body transformation...they stumble, and they go back to the beginning...they may have lost the weight or created a physical shift, but they fall away, it all seeps back in again, and they return to ground zero....again and again and again...for decades, even!
If you're not being challenged, and you're not sometimes stumbling, you will not grow. You will not change anything. But when you stumble, who is there to pick you up and set you on the path again...the right path, the path to your success goal?
This is why coaching is so vital to any successful transformation.
Because the coach is the EXPERT (you are NOT an expert in metabolism, macro stacking, biochemistry...even ageing, if that's the coach's domain). Then add on are they certified in creating a cognitive restructuring, to shift habits, beliefs and conditioning (and are they truly certified in this, and do they have a success track record?)
It's not about doing things harder, it's about doing things differently.
