Daily cardio (with little weight training) is not the way.
Most women know this intuitively but they fall into mainstream thinking, and follow what is 'out there'. Yet stats show that 95% of all people will gain the weight back - and even more - in 3+ years. This is clearly not working for the majority of the population.
The Warrior Women I hang with and help coach have learned to think, eat, and live outside mainstream.
We live on the periphery in confidence, ease, feeling healthy and energized. And we are 40, 50, 60+ and loving how we are moving through the years.
Here's the good news: if you're struggling, its not your fault. You just don't know what you don't know is all, and that's ok. Today can be the start of something awesome...a 'do-over' as they call it.
