In our Mastery Program, we look at TRIGGERS because they are
vitally important to our body health.
These are the hardest to slay, but what if I told you they are a valuable tool for our continued growth?
And what if I told you that you will never fully be over your triggers?
This is often why we reach for food, or other
emotional 'outs' or we distract ourselves.
Or we go into busy work, procrastination, perfectionism or we stay in our heads, thinking and mulling it over for days...
These are your habits, your coping skills and your patterns.
These are your survival tactics.
And you cannot fully commit to your health or a healthy living program if you are not present, grounded and fully engaged.
Because triggers are never about the present, rather, they are about unhealed pieces of your past.
But they can be healed. And they must, if you are to live a full, rich life. A healthy life. A life if value and worth.
In next week's Mastery coaching call on Thursday, we will be looking at triggers, our habits and patterns around triggers and working through them.
Revisit module 9 and write down one trigger (person, event, memory, song) and bring it to our call. This will be an interactive trigger workshop so lets be prepared to engage.
