I know that dedicating yourself to a healthy living program takes Courage, for sure!
Us women are certainly not short on courage. I always say we are the strongest force in the universe, and feminine energy rules the world!
It takes courage to step into your dreams, and to be deliberate and purposeful in the execution of that, with strategy, accountability and just all-over grit.
We embody grit!
What I have come to learn is that the biggest roadblock, but also the greatest joy, is in reaching and unlocking that well-spring of potential and transformative power because without reaching our Inner Landscape, there can be no shift, or if there IS a shift, it doesn't stick (hence, why 95% of all weight loss / health shifts never stay and the person returns to her/his pre-change body and health).
Mindset is the key. It's not hard, it doesn't hurt, in fact, it is freeing, enlightening, your whole world shifts because you begin to see your patterns and outdated beliefs and how it has actually under served you in all areas of your life, not just in your health and wellness attempts.
That's the beauty of putting psychology into a wellness program. It allows for a deep, lasting and exciting shift on behalf of the client. And staying there and deepening the work is a life requirement that is both joyful and fulfilling (you can't just read a self-help book and be healed, right? How many do you have on your shelf? LOL).

Let's STOP the endless looping thoughts around food - what can I eat? What if we go out for dinner...how will I manage? What will I wear, everything makes me look fat, I messed up today, tomorrow I promise to stick to the plan and not blow it, I hate all this focus on food, my body, I hate living like this my head...! It's sooo exhausting...!
I know women who have been consumed by their own brains like this for decades! Yikes!
And they walk past a shop window and won't look at their reflection because they are shocked at what they may see....I hear this all the time...
Or they don't want to be in photos (they opt to be the photographer instead), or not wanting to dare put on a bathing suit (or they desperately hoping to lose the weight before that beach holiday...this year will be different!). UGH!
Let's get you rocking, NOW! Get those habits in place before the busyness of September hits (only 4 1/2 weeks away!)
