If you're still doing cardio to lose the weight...
You are keeping yourself in a chronic sympathetic state. Cortisol is high, hormones remain unbalanced, biochemistry is out of sync and you are acidifying your body....all states that cause your body to hold onto fat.
And if you have life stresses, you feel challenged with life, money, relationships, etc...your body is holding on. You might find yourself feeling puffy, bloated, and just an overall ill-at-ease with self and life.
Consider there is another way. But one thing for certain, you MUST turn off the noise from Mainstream.
Stop following the crowd. the majority are not living with ease, joy, confidence. They are all fighting a silent war of self doubt, frustration, anger and fear. And their bodies are reflecting that fight.
Then they try to drown out their lack of success, their lack of happiness and ease with more consumerism....a nicer car, a bigger house, a longer vacation, botox, techie toys, Netflix, food...
None of these things are necessarily evil, but if they are there as an attempt to feel better, then they are merely deflections due to a life and a spirit off course.
Dare to live on the periphery.
Moving and feeding your body is NOT a prison sentence. It is the greatest act of love you can express.
Add on a powerful mindset, one seeped in self love, acceptance, clarity and confidence, and the world looks different.
What's changed is NOT the outer world. It is YOU. YOU are wearing a different set of glasses from which you see the world.
This is a POWERFUL way to live. It is open to all. But only a few will take the call.
Being uncomfortable in trying new things, adopting fresh perspectives, letting go of what you have carried with you for a lifetime, including outdated and old beliefs, patterns and conditioning.
People will cling to the unhealthy because it is comfortable, rather than move into the unknown and change...

It's a silent hell. I listen to it every day, with stories from women all over the world. We are living from lack, sadness, unfulfilled dreams, unfulfilled lives.
We MUST shift our inner world, nurture our spirits, raise our vibration, adopt a new set of glasses that set us on a new path and sets us free...
This is the crux of all that I do. We also build shapely bodies and tend to our food with respect and awareness, only eating when our metabolisms tell us to, because it is how we best serve our cellular health.
We are energized, healthy, strong, grounded and awake.
We are AWAKE! Most people are sleepwalking through life (if you've done a coaching call with me, you've heard be say this. It is TRUE)!
Most people are looking 'out there' to define their happiness and well being. They are waiting for the external circumstances to change.
What a wasted life. Wasted time.
Let's get you on track. Truly on track. But know that there is a level of responsibility in this. No more excuses. No more checking out with shitty food, lousy relationships, stupid reasons that only hold us captive in our own lives.
You are responsible for your health, your happiness, your life.
It's there for the taking. You just have to being the shift now....
