Over 95% of our thoughts, habits and beliefs are unconscious, and you can't change what you can't access.
We're not built for success. We're built for repeating the habits, supporting the beliefs, even when they are not in our best interest.
It's called conserving energy. That's what the brain is all about.
So in my coaching process, I lead a client through a BRAIN Detox, a 2 part exercise where we bring those self sabotaging beliefs to the surface, and clear them out for good!!
Detoxing feels soooo good, doesn't it? And when we truly get rid of the GUNK, we never have to reach for another hopeless diet or beat ourselves up anymore with 'why can't I stay on track?' or
'this is so hard.' Or 'I'm afraid I will fail again"....because we are operating from a different operating system now, embedded in place of the old worn-out one that stopped working years ago (or perhaps never really worked at all!)
Beliefs that we kick to the curb in a process that
truly works! If you don't get underneath it all, you will never get on top of it either, to a place of creating permanent success!
