Can you forgive your body for carrying excess weight, for not always choosing the right foods, for late night bingeing, for not feeling motivated to train?....
Can you forgive yourself for not knowing how to shift up your body and habits
permanently, because it's not 'out there' in mainstream or in all the Google searches you've done?
Forgiveness is a requirement for living fully, in alignment with Who you Are, and for letting go of the weight of your self judgements and recrimination.
It's really not your fault. But it is within your grasp, if you just let go of what is not serving you, and move into a different
approach.
You have done nothing wrong. Your body is always wanting to support you, to be healthy and strong, and to carry you well, through this life because you deserve to be here. But if there is no change, then we know we have to change our approach.
But the challenge is that we so often beat ourselves up for not being enough, not thin enough, not good enough, not motivated
enough...
How can we create health and healthy habits in the body and our life if we are coming from shame, guilt, anger, self recrimination?
That is why uprooting the negative self sabotage and replacing with fresh, uplifting, empowered beliefs is a requirement for success in ANY industry - health, weight loss, career, finances, relationships....
When I work with women in their weight loss and body transformation, THIS is the first place we go (Module One, Mastery Program), because it is Life Changing! THIS is the mindset piece! This is the 80%.
THEN when we put in the strategy pieces (the 20%)....a kick-ass food plan and an appropriate movement program to shape that beautiful bod, they STICK! Because the ground, the SOIL (your mindset) is fertilized,
nourished, rich in nutrients and it can NOW support a shift in lifestyle, new habits and a strategy that can STICK!
See, without uprooting the old, outdated that lurks in the 95% of your brain that is unconscious, you cannot create and insert a fresh, strong, plentiful and empowered 'operating system' in your brain that supports a new Path, new actions, and new outcomes.
It's just
the way it is. We aren't taught this, and it takes a very specific skillset and tons of experience to apply it correctly.
It also requires the leader has walked the walk...learned, applied, fallen on her face many times (yep!) but has picked herself up and continued the journey...
THIS is where the good stuff is. THIS is where life is meant to be lived from...and THIS is what leads
to a successful body transformation.
In order to reach your body and health goals, you MUST be in congruency (alignment) with your beliefs. BUT you MUST know your unconscious beliefs in order to change them (if you're stuck, it's because your self sabotage is holding you back, is all).
And you MUST have a PROCESS to reach the old beliefs, and insert a fresh MAP to lead you toward the
success you soooo very much deserve!
