No (another myth BUSTED!)
A sedentary life
does.
And a sedentary life makes for a sedentary mindset too.
Live with flow.
Lift. Bend. Breathe. Reach....
Stop focusing on what you don't want.
That never got you anywhere, anyway. You just keep getting what you got. Got it?
Stop the inner chatter. Replace it.
Up-level your beliefs.
Be congruent with your goals.
Expand your Self Identity.
Live from your Authentic Self.
Live with a higher standard for your body and your
life.
Mindset baby...always mindset first.
And when you're feeling stuck in your body goals, your food is a struggle, your head is caught in all the wrong places...
Mindset your way out of it.
The food and movement
matters.
But the foundation, the rock that keeps everything in place, and keeps you rocking forward is your mindset.
And this is not motivation or willpower. Those wane. Those are regurgitated hopeful words that every trainer and nutritionist puts out there.....but they are fleeting, and our based on the outer trappings.
We
are after the inside / out approach, not the other way around.
95% of those wanting to change their bodies, improve their health, and rock their lives are trying to do it from the outside in...another diet, look more closely at your macro's, try this cellulite-melting cream, or those magical gummy bears that melt the fat.
Crazy. Nonsense. Time wasters. And they
keep you in Struggle and Suffering..
But some people get addicted to these habitual ways of living, especially when everyone around them is saying 'losing weight is hard. Eating well is hard, restrictive. Exercise is hard."
Try a reframe.
When you change the way you look at things, the things you
look at change.
It's not about working harder.
It's about working differently.
Maybe in 2023 you will want to try differently.

Like I always
say, if the majority is doing it, it's a good enough reason to NOT do it. Look at the majority. They haven't a clue, they're just doing what they did last year or the 10 years prior.
It's not hard. It's different, is all.
