The empowered woman learns a new skill set, up levels her beliefs and creates a new Self Identity to fuel her efforts, which are no longer born out of struggle, suffering, endlessly thinking over and over
again about what's not working, what should she try next....so much mind-real estate and energy used up in ruminating over and over again...
When you raise your vibration BEFORE and DURING the
process of implementing an appropriate food and movement program built for YOU, your results blossom, they stick, and you are now 'thinking' and living very differently from the majority. You are in the SUCCESS arena in your head.
If mainstream is doing it, it's a good reason to
NOT do it. 95% of all people on a weight loss / body transformation journey gain it all back and more, in 6-18 months. And with every future attempt, your chances of losing the weight gets tougher every time (it's not your age...not really.)
OR (and this is the recent thing I see)......they
don't even start on one, for fear of failing...again. No effort, no loss, right?
It's just a protection thing. But they are letting their outdated and self sabotaging beliefs keep them 'safe and comfortable', even if it means living with excess weight, poor health, poor
habits.
It doesn't have to be this way.
It's not about working harder.
It's about choosing differently.
