Having a Healthy Relationship with food is where many women struggle...but what if we could turn that around?
We often see losing weight as a 'prison', whereby we will have to restrict, not enjoy certain foods, limiting social outings,
and just white-knuckling it through the weight loss path...
But in this head space, we are more likely to self-sabotage our efforts because it is a painful journey.
If we can redefine the journey, our success rate is much higher.
We don't really have a food problem, we
have a thinking problem around food, so redefining the journey and 'seeing' things differently is important, and imperative.
