Once overweight, struggling with low energy and emotionally overwhelmed at times, Jennifer, 57 is now living lean, energized, and strong in all ways.
With Jennifer, we altered
her food, her macro's and meal timing and her training, and we up-leveled her belief system to one that supports - rather than sabotages - her health and body goals.
Jennifer is now at 129 pounds and a svelte 21% bodyfat (she surpassed her original desired goal weight of 132). She trains 3 to 4 days a week with no additional cardio, and she loves her training again. She is eating (and loving) her carbs again (you can’t lose weight without carbs!), her macro’s are on point, and she has structure and strategy in her
meals.
And today, Jennifer’s outlook is positive because she has challenged and changed her belief system…a must for true body and mind health (the body will not lose weight if in a chronic, elevated state of stress. It is about shifting our mindset, not the outward events).
