when I fell terribly ill in body (and spirit) because of challenges...but rather than the challenges, it was my beliefs and patterns AROUND the challenges that needed to change.We ALL have challenges. It is how we maneuver around them that matters.We must learn to TRANSCEND them, not TOLERATE them. There is no momentum, no clearing away of the negative energy, and the body
dysfunction that comes with it when we are tolerating...it is merely White Knuckling our way through.No growth, no expansion, no leveling up.So when I coach a woman whose health is in peril, her climbing weight is an issue (she is using food to cope, snacking, falling off on the weekends), she feel frustrated because what worked before to keep her body and health and looks where it
was at, wel, it isn't working.And it's not going to, either.It's not supposed to.We are supposed to learn and grow as we age (not gain more knowledge, but grow spiritually, internally, from a higher perspetive).Problem is, most people have stopped growing. Yes, they
have gotten older, but they are not necessarily wiser. So when I put women on a kick-ass food and movememt plan to suit their genetics, age, experience and goals, the real sustainability to the Plan comes in changing and empowering her INNER WORLD.So when I do coaching on Mindset, on soul-filled lessons, my ZOOM calls fill up....Why? Because women are thirsty for this. They don't always 'know it', but for us women, we are hungry for more, we want to go deeper, deeper into the eaning of our life, our purpose, why we are here.They want to go deeper into clearing out the darker, heavier emotions like grief, anger, apathy, frustration, guilt and shame.They want to stop hating
their bodies, and watching ageing take its toll. They want to step into their Joy at a 10!Where is your Joy right now? At a 4, or 5 maybe?We cannot create health, healthy habits, a healthy, strong lean body that we maintain through the years, one that lives in self love, acceptance, freedom and ease, when we are living and operating from these lower, denser
emotions.Ask anyone on a diet...how do you feel when you are on it?Restricted, frustrated, anxious...Sure, if the weight comes off, you feel great, but then things slowloy slip away...and you return to your former heavier, unhappier self.Why? Because there was no
internal shift. No growth. No expansion and momentum in your spirit, your soul, Who you Are.Who are you? What do you want out of life? Why are you Here? How do we live in alignment with our Authentic self, waking up every day in Joy, gratitude, acceptance....AND we maintain feeding our bodies well because it's important
to us. ANd moving it well because we love it.If you are not caring for yourself in these ways, it is NOT your diet. It is not your movement plan.It is your spirit, your soul. There's a disconnect there...And this is my coaching skillset, to reconnect your lovely spirit, your joy, your excitement with your body, your future,
your reason for being here.You're not your car, your money, your job. You're not who you are married to, your parenting skills, your social standing.YOU go beyond this. Who are you with all these things stripped from you?There...that is who YOU are.Got
it?Not really? I get it. It took me years to figure this one out. It's a biggie. But it's necessary to live a full, rich and meaningful life.To craft a kick-ass body, one that makes us proud, and to want to feed it well, because we are building cellular health, and this resonates throughout our body...THIS is important to us.To love and respect our bodies, these amazing vessels that carry us through life. And when challnege happens, you are no longer a victim to it (soooo many people blame, are victims to their own circumstances...what if I told you we are always creating and you are right now, creating your reality. Yep, once we take responsibility for this, and once we understand the workings of our psyche, how it's wired, we can move into a higher level of living. And we will not
want to hurt our body with poor food, or lack of movement).It's all abour reconnecting our body with our spirit, getting OUT of Resistance and living in Flow.You can't read about this BTW...it must be experienced, learned....that's why I call what I do a Body AND a Life Tranformation.Because you can't have one without the
other...and if you're stuck in your health, your weight challenges, your food challenges, it's just because you are not fully connecting your Inner world with your Outer, is all.Yeah, I'm Woo Woo. But I've been doing this for over 3 decades...and it's the only way I will live anymore.And it's all I teach now...Body AND spirit!. Women need strong metabolisms and quality progarmming
