The 'hard' most people are living in is because they don't want to spend the time or money to get there, they don't commit and stay in the game when it's challenging, or they want to be the DIY person (the DIY's in the crowd, the
do-it-yourself-ers).
So they continue to live in their own man-made version of 'hard' for years......
- Poor health.
- Excess weight.
- Hyperfocused on food all the time.
- Diet after diet.
- Let down after let down.
- Too much alcohol, TV, social media or other buy-outs to try to fill that emptiness inside...
Hating how their body ages. Hating how their life is going...
Feeling of unworthiness or shame or guilt or
frustration.
Living in THIS PLACE is HARD..... and can last a lifetime.
Life long hard.

It's simply a choice - living 'hard' for a lifetime (where most people who can't sustain a body transformation for life) or living the 'hard' up front for a few months, until you begin living and doing a New Way.
Everything is a choice.
Where you are is because of the repetitive choices you are still
making.
