The one thing that messes up women's bodies, their weight loss goals and their self esteem more than anything, is
dieting.
Yet we're are always after the next latest and greatest diet.
Why is that? Even when we know the last one didn't work.
Because that's what we've grown up with. It's all around us,
too.
Endless women trying yet another diet they found on Google. Or they watch their best friend or sister lose a bit of weight, and they think they've found 'the one'.
But it never lasts. And the gains fade away even faster when you're older.
Heck, I watched my mother and older sister wake up every morning and jump on the scale, and whoever was lower in weight was queen for the day.
The insanity continued for years.
As if our weight defines our worthiness, but unfortunately, this is implanted deep into our female DNA from birth it
seems.
But when you gain freedom from this pattern, you're truly liberated.
And it's a cool thing to watch my clients get there.
That's the best part of what I do as a Coach...I liberate women from their thinking patterns, so they can live lean, strong,
with freedom and, well, worthiness.
It's not hard, but it does require a different strategy than what is 'out there'.
