It's always the biggest quandry - should you focus on calories or macro's?
Here's the deal - calories matter, yes, because they feed your body, however,
WHAT you eat matters.
And if you're looking to reshape your body, you need certain proteins, carbs and fats in certain amounts.
Because you could eat 1,000 calories of, well, subway sandwiches, OR...
...You can eat foods that provide cellular health and support your goals, IF of course your goals are reating lean, shapely muscle, increased energy and to age with strength and style...!
Who doesn't want
that?
But still, soooo many women just treat food like a math equation...tally up the calories and POOF!....you get the bod you want, right?
Wrong.
It's just not true...and we have to kill off that 70-'s style of thinking.
Macro's matter.
It makes the difference between a successful body transformation or an unsuccessful one, and ever more true for women over 40.
