I am a big supporter of Mother Nature and living in tune with her changing seasons, both movement wise, nutritionally and spiritually.
PLUS our mindset is all about Letting Go...what are we being asked to leave behind, and what are we being asked then, to bring in, to 'harvest' over the fall and winter?

The Workout is
