Your summer was great… lots of socialising, camping, travel, food, drink, ….fun, right?….
But the pounds crept on over the last few months…
….you fell off your exercise regime….
….and your clothing is not fitting the way it used to…it’s a little bit
tighter (or maybe you haven’t tried anything on because you don’t want to know…
You’re feeling disappointed and determined to ‘get your body back’ but it feels overwhelming.
You’ve been at this place before too….so many times…
You know you have to rein in your food and get back to the gym and…
… you’re trying to get motivated again…
…but it feels like a huge mountain is ahead of you and you feel
defeated even before you begin.
You want to feel excited about getting your body and shape back, but there’s a HOLD BACK….can you feel it? It’s that nagging inside again, that ways ‘this is going to be so much work.’
So what’s really going on?
You’re looking at what you have to give up versus what you can have.
You are working in the darker, denser emotional frequencies of shame, guilt, frustration
and anger perhaps….
Simply said, you are OUT OF ALIGNMENT. Your GOALS and desires are not in alignment with your BELIEFS….the unconscious ones that cause you to self sabotage.
You are living in RESISTANCE.
You don’t live in FLOW.
You are living unconsciously (saying “I know what to do but I’m not doing it” is most certainly NOT living consciously, because if you knew what to do, you would be doing
it. You’d be living and doing differently, and it would be self sustaining for the rest of your years).
So what’s the solution?
You need to do a deep dive into your unconscious (no, it’s not what you know, they’re UNCONSCIOUS), bring them to the surface and root them out. THEN you need to replace them with positive, higher frequency emotional states to drive you into your best body and best life!
Sounds simple,
right?
Problem is, you won’t find it in another diet plan or self help book, or in daily affirmations or gratitude lists. That’s where most people go to try to solve the problem. It didn't work then and it won't work now.
But THAT is the problem…you’re doing the same thing year after year, and that is why you don’t get the sustainable, long-term RESULTS that you want and deserve.
Reaching your body goals MUST have a strong
foundation to support the work. That’s the mindset.
It’s not motivation or willpower. Those are outer attempts at trying to manage an inner unconscious world that requires a very different approach.
Your GOALS and BELIEFS are out of alignment with each other…consciously you know what you want, but unconsciously you don’t really think it’s possible….
You are in Resistance….with yourself!
