We all have the same stresses and challenges as everyone else.
The thing is those of us who stay the course just THINK
differently.
We don't see training or exercise as a prison.
We love our food. We don't use it for comfort.
We don't war with our food, or 'play' with it by constricting here, going overboard there, switching to this eating style or that.

I've been eating the same way for 20+ years, and it has always served me (but I had to learn, that's for sure).
And my head isn't filled with 'food thoughts' of should I eat this or that? Am I over in my calories? What will I eat going out for dinner, I'm scared.
Or the dreaded....'I'll re-start on Monday."
