It's always a big question – what supplements should I be taking? The Internet is filled with suggestions around this and that, pre workout, post workout…post post workout, this and
that….lordy! And there can be some pretty off the wall and dangerous stuff out there. In this short video, I teach my Top 5 supplements for overall health and recovery for us 40+ women that I never skimp on. Ever. And once these are in place, you can add on, if you wish, other stuff that speaks to you (I do separate out my
sports / training stuff from my daily vitamins and minerals that build immune health and wellness). Let’s face it, our soils are depleted, our atmosphere is more polluted, and our stress levels are at an all-time high. Add in all the overwhelming (and often useless) info out there, with everyone trying to out-sell everyone else, it gets pretty confusing. It’s a billion dollar industry. And I like to keep it simple and real. AND inexpensive I was one of those people that would carry home bags of pills from the store, because it seemed everyone had the magic solution. But I soon learned that ‘less is more’. (And my hubby was thankful because I wasn’t spending so much money every month on, well, everything under the sun!)
