Hey ,
Yesterday I had the pleasure of saying goodbye to a dear client whom I have worked with for 2 years.
Why is it a good thing to say goodbye to a
client?
Because I believe my role as a fitness and wellness coach is to work my self OUT of a job. That assures that the client is well stocked and ready to step out on her own and Master her body and life from a fresh, strong place.
Ingrid came into the 16-week Mastery Program over 2 years ago. She completed the Program, and then stayed on as an Alumni Graduate.
As with most members, what started out as a fitness and weight loss journey (which she crushed) soon became about so much more.
.
In her words......
"I’m feeling happier in my own skin. I’m learning to live my truth and accept that this is still an evolving part of my
journey.
I take quiet time every day to ground myself, to see and feel the beauty around me.
I say my affirmations and mantras out loud, (sometimes VERY loud). I “feel” and “see” what I want to achieve and where I want to be.
I understand that mistakes happen but I choose not to make them
wrong, but acknowledge that they happen so that I can learn from them and grow.
I understand that change doesn’t happen over night and that there are always opportunities to begin again.
I am where I am meant to be, right now, in this moment and I am grateful.
I trust myself and give myself permission to
falter and stumble and then use the tools I have to stand up and carry on.
I don’t hold grudges, but instead I choose to believe in and love those that have hurt me. It’s done. I’m living in the moment and tomorrow will be amazing, too.
Above all, I choose to believe in myself, to love and honour my mind and my body. I love myself just the
way I am, because I’m good enough right now and I am worthy.
Your guidance has been a life changer for me and my journey will continue.
To this end, I feel that I am ready to forge ahead with the knowledge and tools I have gained from the Over 40, Mastery Lifestyle Program. The support has been wonderful. The lessons continue to resonate for me as I
re-read and practice what I’ve learned. I continue to apply them in my daily life."
.
We wish you well Ingrid, and we will miss you dearly! If you're ever in town..let's go for that glass of vino we have long talked about.
XO!
Karen
PS I'm offering the e-version of my popular Lifestyle book to all you lovely ladies out there...
I share what I’ve learned about getting lean (and staying there), food tips, ageing well, and crafting a strong belief system as a Success Foundation moving forward. And of course, how life’s intense challenges are
an opportunity for growth and wisdom beyond our wildest dreams.
I've discounted it to $9.99. Here’s the link: One Rep at a TIME
Blessings, and enjoy…
