Seriously, the myths keep on coming down the pipe....
Even as I was teaching the myths and hype trends to my 20 Years Younger Program women, an email came in with yet another stupid, useless
tip - eat chicken skin to increase your collagen. What????
And stupid things like this are what is setting women off on a wild goose chase when they're trying to transform their bodies.
No wonder women are confused.
And into this the ageing body that requires a
different strategy, and it's no wonder theres a 95% FAIL rate in reaching a sustainable, successful body transformation in North America.
We covered this in my live zoom coaching class with my 20 Years Younger members, along with a
summary of alllllll those nasty myths.
