Hey
One of the biggest misconceptions is when women look at that lovely body in the gym, and think 'if I just ask her how she eats and trains, I can look like her".
This is sooo damaging to women's results, because it's usually not true.
What she does, how long she's been doing it, what her nutrition is like, and especially her genetic make-up account for alot.
Heck, I've been training for 30+ years and yet, there are women out there that have been training for 1
year, and they blow past me as far as development and awesome shape!
Just take a look at TikTok with all those young, lovely women with those beautiful legs (something I have a hard time with...legs...genetically I'm at a disadvantage but I try, boy I still try!)...
And those butts...LOL! I'd die to have
that 'lift'!
Now I'm not taking away from their hard work...most of them work super hard, but genetics Do Matter.
And youth...yeah, they got youth on their side.
So this is when you need to do YOU.
What do you want?
How do you want to look (and be reasonable...you can't be a model if you're 5'2").
And go from there...carve out your own Path.
Stay consistent (yes, even when life throws you a curve ball) and committed to the Work, to
YOU!
See weight training as your 'main event', manage your nutrition, mindset your way through stress and keep on keepin' on.
I'm sending you my Warrior Woman Training Method HERE, to share with you a little bit of how I train me and my clients, and what I find
works. It's free,
yes.
Let's keep it real ladies.....!
Karen.
