Staggering...
And rarely is it ever about lack
of time, money or resources. We all have 24 hours in a day, and we all can make time to exercise and tend to our food.
Problem is, we haven't been able to uproot the invisible...you know...that self talk that has us losing motivation or thinking 'it's too hard'.
Or worse...the old voices come back to haunt us...'I failed before, I'll fail again.' (That one is the
kicker, for sure).
But there are other fears that keep us away from our own success, and it is those fears and self limiting beliefs that actually run the show.
But the very things - the unconscious beliefs - that we carry with us (and have carried with us for decades, usually) are the very things that we ALSO need to strengthen in order to move onto that Success
Curve.
So I'd like to share a little exercise I do with all my clients...a Beliefs Map. Here, you will work from the HEART (not the head, ok?) and take some alone time, about 15 minutes, and go through this exercise.
And I will weigh in with my own take on things....I can 'see' what you can't. And I will do a short coaching summary of what is being shown to me, and
maybe, just maybe, it will enlighten you and free you up from your unconscious bindings.
You can't change what you can't see, so letting the unconscious open up and bubble up to the surface is the first step towards freedom, awareness and, well, success.
Whether you are trying to make more money, a better career, a better relationship or a better body, what you think on
an unconscious level is really what is running your show...
I always say the most successful people are the ones that stay Open and Curious.
So as you move through this short exercise, focus on these two key factors...and let's see what comes up for you.
I promise you, you WILL experience your own 'aha' moments. And it may
provide you with the very thing you need to bust out of your slump, and move into a successful and sustainable body transformation for yourself!
