When I work with a client who has been struggling with her body / health / weight, she often asks the basics - what should my macros look like, how many calories, how much cardio and what kind of workout should I be doing?
All great question, but in reality, that's the easy part. And once I gather her info - history, experience, dieting years, movement over the years, age, weight etc, I can hammer in a customized Plan to answer all of these.
BUT (and this is the big BUT), without having any shift in her psychology, she won't stay there.
because the women I work with have been stuck in repeat, or have lost their motivation to do anything different, because they're tired of the lack of real, lasting results.
That's because of THIS one thing, that she MUST be coached on...her subconscious mind...
Because we actually have THREE
minds!
