It's always hard when you see something that is totally off kilter, and you just can't help yourself...you want to scream!
I've learned to stay away from certain subjects on FB because there is soooo much crap out there, it just gets me all wound
up.
Like yesterday, a 60+ woman was complaining about trying everything to lose weight - keto, low carb, fasting, this diet, that diet....and she was just looking for a straight line to success.
So I suggested she look at lifestyle versus dieting and trends, and find someone that is maybe NOT promoting weight loss or diets and is actually talking
Lifestyle!
She got mad, saying that I was just another person who was trying to sell something to her (to be honest, I wouldn't take her on as a client, sadly).
So rather than hang around so long on FB, instead, I'm going deeper into my Youtube presence, because at least there, we can get real, and I can uncover the
truth about the fitness and wellness industry, and share my lifestyle plan.
And people listen better there...
So every week, I'm uploading videos on all things food, training, mindset, healthy ageing, because there is sooo much to unravel.
And I'm doing Training and Food
shorts - short little video tibits to support 40+ women inthe TRUTH.
