Self sabotage is the biggest challenge we face when it comes to reaching our body goal.
It's a slippery slope, mainly because we can't be objective with self.
There's a saying, 'you
can't see the label of the jar when you're inside the jar'.
So tomorrow in our live FB video, I'll go over what I have learned in my 30 years of coaching women into health and wellness, what I see as the main self sabotage points and how to work through them to get the body results we want.
Ninety five percent of all women (people) embarking on a body transformation lose their
gains within 6-18 months...
This is the 'Loop' that many women live in, often for decades...trying, failing, trying again, then ageing happens and things get even more resistant to change.
Your body is not different or unique. Biochemistry rules are the same for everyone.
It is usually US standing in our own way in one way
or another.
Is attention to food plans and exercise plans important? You bet.
But that's the eaiser part...the harder part is staying consistent.
