As ageing women, what worked when we were 20 or 30 years old simply won't work anymore. Here's what I know for sure...
- our exercise choices must shift
- our macro's need to change
- our metabolism needs a boost
- our recovery needs more love
- our homones need help!
- our self sabotage needs to STOP
After 35 years coaching women into their best body (and mine too!), I've learned a TON about what we truly need at 40, 50, 60+ to get lean, strong, shapely and
happy!
We don't need to work harder, we need to do differently than what is being offered 'out there' in mainstream (I just shake my head sometimes at the lunacy and lies out there!).
- It's by NOT following food trends like keto or fasting or carnivore
- It's by NOT following the Influencers' convuluted exercises and cool
video angles
- It's by NOT cutting calories or doing more cardio
- It's by NOT doing another Google search
