You can't out-smart
your DNA. It runs the show.
So we learn to live IN FLOW with the body's natural rhythms and needs.
No need to over-complicate things.
It's a return to Mother Nature and the cycles and seasons of nature, and the circadian rhythms of the day and our body.
Yes, our Body....
It needs us, now more than ever.
Ageing has set in.
Hormones are changing.
Our needs and desires need more space now...to be heard and honored.
Our Feminine Energy is asking for truth, substance, purpose, wisdom.....health and healing....
We want to grow old Wise, Healthy and Strong.
We don't want to leave anything on the table when we depart from this 'Mortal Coil'.
It's not about working harder.
We've worked hard enough.
We've toiled.
Served.
Supported.
Cared for.
Given.
Loved.
It's about doing differently.
