Yesterday, I was talking with a woman who was upset with her lack of body shaping progress.
Although she is more active than ever, going to the gym 3 times a week, it seems her body hasn't responded well and she's been at it for 6
months.
"I dont get it. It must be ageing."
Uh oh....there's the 'it must be ageing' thingie again.
But there's a simple explanation for this...
First of all, when you break it down, most women are eating less,
cutting out food groups or lowering carbs to try to shift their weight, BUT...they are actually NOT doing their metabolism any good.
And exercise and activity are misconstrued...
In fact, while it may LOOK like they're doing more, perhaps engaging in exercise for the first time in a long time, and watching their food intake, there's much more to the
story....
