Losing weight can be a journey, and most of the women I talk with want to shep those excess pounds..
It's not as hard as you think...we just THINK or EXPECT it to be hard

BUT there is one thing that we need to have (and expect and accept) when we want to lean down and STAY there.
HUNGER....
Now most people see this as a dirty word, hunger, but how much you feel and when is the key. And a healthy metabolism is built on a few principles, tolerable hunger being one of them.
It also tells us that your metabolism is working as it should.
