Us women over 40 must be careful how much we extend ourselves.?
And no where is this more important than when we are exercising...
The problem is, if we don;t see the weight come off, or we don't notice any physique shaping happening, we often dig in more...
MORE restrictive calories...
MORE fasting...
MORE cardio....
MORE (or harder) workouts....
But these are all the wrong approaches and will lead to physical, metabolic and mental burnout...
And then the weight will NOT come off, you will interrupt your sleep, your mental state
and a whole bunch of other stuff....
