mainstream.
Is healthy weight loss and body shaping about having a numerical formual to follow? Sometimes...or maybe not.
Some love the numerical feel and supposed specificity of macro counting, making for ease and perfection. Others find it too limiting. I weight in on what I see as a Nutrition and Body Transformation
