There are sooo many ways to eat, how do you know the RIGHT way?
Any google search will bring up undreds of eating styles...
But the most popular in North America are
Keto, Low Carb, Fasting, Macro counting, Paleo, Vegan and now Carnivore.
And no doubt, there will be more next year....
I have two criteria...it MUST be sustainable long term and it MUST support healthy ageing.
I have been eating the same way for 30 years
(after a few dieting failures). I call it the Warrior Woman Way.
It's simple, consistent, aids in weight loss, AND weight management.
The last 2 weeks, I've been doing videos on each diet plan over the last 30 years or so, and I just uploaded them ALL to my YouTube site, Healthy Ageing with
Karen.
Some have research behind them. Some do not. Some are built for longevity. Some are not.
Truly, eating should NOT be a hassle, and it is supposed to be easy, simple and enjoyable! AND it must build HEALTH!
So if you're mixed up, consider what you
want your outcome to be, how you want to feel and look, and the ease in which you can apply the plan, and go from there.
