If you're struggling to stay consistent in your training and food goals, may I offer a piece of advice?
You don't need more perspiration, you need Inspiration!
See, motivation, willpower...working things harder just makes us
feel like our training and food strategy is another item on our To Do list.
And we just don't need another thing on our 'list', right? had a lovely call last week with a woman who shared her diet history with me.
No wonder 90% of all who are working their training and food towards their Goal Body never get there...(yep, this is a real stat!)
Or they get there but can't stay there.
For me, I got INSPIRED about 40 years ago, by following a few women in my area that dared to train in the gym and create this amazingly strong, shapely body! Body shaping was in its early days back then, and I was mesmerized!
And from there, I had 'the bug'. I had been bitten.
And I've fueled that inspirational feeling ever since...and it's become even MORE important as I age. To age well - strong, shapely, healthy, lean and confident - is simply the BEST feeling in the world.
If you're not INSPIRED to age in a certain way, if you don't have mentors, my advice? Go find them!
Look through mags, on social
media.
Read the stories of Pioneer Women who are living and doing differently.
They are turning this Ageing thing on its head.
And it's never too late. Never.
I've seen women begin this SHIFT in their 60's and WOW...what a difference!
They are the Strong Women amonst us.
