Not trying to toot my own horn, but everything in this podcast I've been knowing and teaching for years and
trying to get this info out to everyone often with pushback like....
- Intermittent fasting in NOT your friend,
- FASTED training (no food before trainIng) is a no no and
- Your cardio and calorie cutting methods are sending you BACK.
The fitness and metabolism and hormonal landscape is entering a very dangerous time, where women are being led by trends, products (which are lead by trends...how many do you see relating to hormonal support now?), it's ALL about the macros and protein (untrue)...you've got to work harder on results as you age....(not true).

more....listen and learn ladies. I so appreciate this info getting out there....I do hope more women will listen and turn their habits and thoughts around for ultimate shaping, strenghteining, toning, strong bones and ageing well.
