When it comes to wanting to lose the weight, create crazy shape and look and feel your best, it's less about the food and is more about the unconscious patterns in our brain that have been there for decades!
It's not about what we have to add (training, food strategy), it's really about what we need to get out of the way.
But the psyche does NOT want to give up its beliefs system easily....
See, we're all born with fear as a survival instinct, BUT it unconsciously undercuts our best efforts when we are stepping into our Healthy Living Strategy.
