Indeed. That's why I rarely take on clients that only want 'the perfect workout' (there is no such thing) or the 'perfect food plan' (again, no such thing). Because they're missing the heart of it all....
Themselves!
Mindset, energy, intention, past experiences, expectations, patterns, resistance, fear of failure / fear of success / feelings of unqorthiness.....etc etc.
I simply will not teach without this added 'Inner' piece, because we don't just want a great body (that's the easier part, really. Once we dial in your body, biofeedback, goals and experience), we gotta head into your Internal Landscape.
And that's where it gets real juicy. That's where the Freedom and Real Growth happens....it's beautiful to witness it in my women.
That's where we let go of what is standing in our
way...the old shit, the past, the group-think, the patterns, the prisons we have created for ourselves as women living on this planet.
Man, I love this stuff! I kinda go into it a bit here in this week's coaching lesson....
