My clients know I'm the Less is More gal...
What does that mean?
It means that our body transformation strategy MUST be simple.
It can't chew up loads of time.
You should NOT be fiddling with formulas and such...
Or spending hours at the gym every week.
BUT....that's what 'they' want you to think, really.
That more is better. More formulas, more protein, more days at the gym.
More motivation. More willpower.
Lordy, at our advancing age, if we don't have it dialed in by now, then the possibility that we ever will, well, it
gets further away.
No seriously...it's not about finding 'the' program or 'the' workout plan. Go deeper....let's look beyond the cover of the book.
It's about investing ALL of you into a proven strategy. Your beliefs, your Self Identity...your training and food, yes, but also your heart, your spirit...our bodies are NOT a separate entity from our hearts.
So why IS it that you haven't nailed
it by now? Why are you still struggling? Because you don't really have a strategy.
Going back to the gym, playing with your food (as I call it) and trying once again to stay on track is NOT a strategy. It's wishful thinking.
And doing what you're doing with no results is also NOT a strategy. It's a habit. It's your pattern. It's rinse and repeat...you're in a loop.
I know. People don't like
the truth. "I have no time / money / support...." etc usually comes up here....
You need a Plug and Play strategy, a framework that you can fall back into when you go off course (instead of beating yourself up or trying harder).
So if you're sitting on the fence, consider that your lack of momentum is a choice too...you're actually choosing to NOT lean in to change anything.
