Good morning Warrior Women!
I trust you are all well and enjoying this cool-ish weather (for our fellow Canadians, really, but I hear it's chilly as far down as Florida!
With snow!)
Many of you have been enjoying my weekly Youtube uploads, so I want to share some recent uploads with you. As usual, many are off-beat or non-mainstream because the old 'group-think' will not get us to where we want to be.
It is simply not just about the training or the food. There MUST be a mindset foundation piece here, because simply put, those of us who stay
on track and do the work daily ....well....we simply think differently.
That's the Secret.
That's the Work.
THAT is how we master our body, our health, and our lives moving forward.
I simply do NOT want to live like the majority (to me, they seem to be 'pretending' they are all ok, but there is a depth of
frustration, sadness, fear going on these days...can you feel it too?).
Us Warrior Women operate from a different value system. We don't feel the need to 'stay motivated' or to 'find the time' or to create more 'willpower'.
It is an internal drive, you could say. Invisible but powerful.
It is what leads me
every day of my life, through the stressful and fearful times, through the joyful and expansive ones too.
That's the energy piece. That's the Work, as I call it.
We simply put a different meaning around exercise and food maintenance.
It is not a bother.
It's not a prison.
It is How we Choose to
Live...to age...
And we certainly don't think like the majority. And we never war with our food, our over indulgences (yes we have those but again, it's coming from a very different energy). We don't war with us missing a day or two at the gym.
The women I coach move into being the 5%. Not the 95%. (Alot of them started as the mainstream 95% but in time...they 'come to the
other side' as I call it).
And this is where I want you to get to also...living differently in your head. Outside mainstream. Living on the periphery...
Anywhooo...with me resurrecting my Youtube channel after years of it being off, I'm able to teach the way I want to, in my own style, a style that is not mainstream and that I have not changed in 30 years of doing
this.
Youtube or any other kind of 'learning' certainly does not take over the role of coaching...that is another skillset. But you can learn alot for sure.
See, coaching is where the magic happens....it's not about handing out info or 'telling ' a client what to do or how many calories to eat...because it's not about gaining more info.
Let me say that again...it's not about the information. And so many women google and google, thinking they've missed that ONE thing that is going to make it all come together...
It's not so. It only is taking them deeper into that vortex of 'more info must be better'. It's their repeated pattern. A thinking habit.
But sadly, it clogs
their heads. Confuses them. Makes them feel guilty that they haven't seen the results yet. Thinking there is something wrong with them, or the info they're getting...
They're in that 'loop' again, where many have been for years, honestly.
YES....Years! Years spent fighting with their bodies. Their food. Their lives....
So do remember this... Information is not transformation.
Information is in the head.
Transformation, of any sort ($$, health, relationship) is in the heart. It's re-wiring the brain. That's the psychology piece. That's the best part of what I get to do.
Women are suddenly let out of prison. They have a different
outlook. Their confidence returns. They start running their lives differently...with freedom, awareness and ease. THIS is why I do what I do.
And they (finally) get to rock their body, looking and feeling great!
