Have you noticed how many people are selling hormonal help these days?
Why?
Because us 40+ women are the biggest cohort on the planet...and well...we need support.
Problem is, I get ticked off at all the supplement companies coming out of the woodwork to try to sell their stuff to unsuspecting women.
Now that's not to say that some things won't help BUT.....
Unless we have thr foundational stuff under wraps, the added 'icing on the cake' of some (hopefully) helpful supplements won't work.
The other piece is that most women think they're already moving and eating like they should be...BUT...they are inconsistent, and the body requires consistency day in, day out.
That means proper strength
training (not cardio, not circuits, not jumping-jacks-in-between-doing-squats please!!!! It just makes us look silly!
Yeah, the foundational stuff isn't sexy, but as with all things, the BASICS rule the day.
