Seriously, when it comes to food, there is so much conflicting info out there.
Honestly ladies, it's not that difficult...really.
It's really just understanding the nutrient
value of food, how much we need (and when), managing portions and finding our 'recipe' that works for us.
I've had women on 1300 calories and on 2600 calories...it just depends on many variables that have to come into play...
And then with menopause, ageing, changes in lifestyle, things make for a different scenario.
It's not hard. What is hard is that alot of women are trying to manage it on their own. They are out of intuitive eating, out of their bodies and in their head, which is a dangerous place to be if we want to understand and work effectively with our metabolism, weight loss goals and life goals!
Here's my Healthy Eating Refresher e-book I did awhile back, so I think it will help to
clarify things AND to remind you that this stuff isn't complicated. It's really not.
Don't overthink it. You CAN manage your food and results easily, when you have a solid strategy.
Stay Strong!
