Is there a difference between exercise versus activity?
Yes, there is and we need BOTH!
Ageing happens faster as we age (LOL!) and we need to put in the GOOD stress of exercise
to offset the ageing process.
SO do we keep our cycling, hiking, pickelball? Of course!
But we need to also continue to train in a way that supports our bones, our organs, heart, strength and independence.
