What do you VALUE?
There is a difference between working to reach a goal and working from VALUES. Values win out every time, but they require a deeper focus, more commitment and seeing things in a different light.
But in doing so,
training and living from your VALUES will have you on a Success Path every time, including in the Body Transformation space.
