Your macros and food plan needn't be insane or hard or complicated! Let's put the google searches aside, shall we?
For those women joining the FALL Training and Lifestyle Progarm starting in September...we're goin gto do things a little different..
You are going to FIRST learn about YOUR macro outline, food choices, protein needs etc etc THEN you will be sending me 2 days worth of your food IN PICTURES and I will assess and BUILD your Plan from there.
So...if
you're joining us, be ready to learn the basics...with YOUR foods, choices, lifestyle and preferences in mind.
And we will build from there!
So you will start constructing your own 'house'
with our lessons, and then we will look at where we need to tweak it for you. And we can hammer in your calories, portions (these are usually the issues) AND uproot your self limiting and self sabotage around FOOD! (yeah baby...shifting and uplifting that mindset so you have a GREAT relationship with your food...and an easy one too! FOOD FREEDOM!)
