What is the biggest hurdle women at 40+ face when it comes to staying strong and healthy?
Besides all the fluff and stupidity in the health and fitness arena, I would say it comes down to one thing...
Consistency.
Now before you think I'm going to lecture you on the
need to be consistent, I want you to consider this...
When women say they can't stay consistent because of life, time, they lack motivation or willpower, I get it.
Life is busy. We know it.
But if we can just crack open 3 hours a week out of 168 hours in that week, we can move
mountains.
Because it's not about 'more' (especially at this age...we need to manage recovery, and really, less is more...that's the GOOD news!)
Its about consistency. If you can commit to 3 days a week of strength training (do your cardio after please...there are lots of reasons for this which I will go into in another email), and NOT training fasted (without
food, you're swimming up stream when you do this AND you will NOT burn fat, rather, your body will burn its muscle stores FIRST! This is biochemistry stuff...), you will see results.
Rinse and repeat, make it your lifestyle and you will make amazing strides in your health, strength, and energy. This I promise!
And who doesn't want more of those things,
really?
