Doing less is better than more..
Seriously, we often push push, doing more, being more, wanting more...and we're really really good at multitasking.
But women over 50 simply cannot work from this old thinking habit, because it breaks down their body and their health.
That's why my women train a minimum of 2-3 days a week (weights, light cardio or no cardio, some plyo's perhaps), because at this age, our RECOVERY is of paramount importance...our Nervous system is more sensitive and in need of more care...
But it's
hard sometimes ot back away, when you're an over-achiever (this I know for sure).
But that's good news....
Consider shifting your perspective, your training and your habits.
