Now, I'm not about to say macro's don't matter but like all trends (yes, this is a trend), it's not magic. It needs to be kept in perspective..
I hear many women are upping their protein 🥩🥩because they're told it builds muscle. 💪💪 Well, yes and no. You need to LIFT (and heavy) and manage your other food choices to build and shape, it doesn't just happen because you've discovered protein! It's just ONE tool.

Macro managing is not magic either. But it can most certainly lead to OCD thinking and even disordered thinking around food. So tread lightly..👀👀
